Refund policy

Private lessons & 1-on-1 teaching sessions are not eligible for any refunds. Digital course purchases are eligible for a full refund during the timeframe outlined below:

Astrological Transurfing courses have a 14-day full refund policy. Students have 14 days after purchasing the course to request a full refund via email. 

To request a refund, you can contact us at phoenix@phoenixinthestars.com. Please note that you will need to send the refund request within the initial 14 day window to be eligible for a refund. Refund requests sent after 14 days have passed are not eligible for refund.

If your request is sent within the 14 day window, we’ll send you a refund confirmation email. Please allow 48 hours for processing on all refund requests. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. It may take between 7-10 business days for you to receive the refund on the original method of payment, depending on your bank.
